Our Beginning’s …
Our story began with Luna, a hardworking German Shepherd service dog trained right here in Orlando by K9 Training Academy.
As a disabled handler, keeping up with the exercise needs of a high-energy working dog can be challenging. Luna needs more than a quick walk outside—she needs consistent cardio to stay healthy, focused, and happy. For nearly a year, I considered getting a slatmill for her at home. Then I realized that many other dog owners likely faced the same challenge: loving their dogs deeply, but not always having the time, physical ability, safe space, or weather conditions needed to give them the exercise they deserve.
A Heart for Shelter Dogs
This business was also created with rescue and shelter dogs in mind. Many shelter dogs spend long periods in kennels with limited opportunities to run, decompress, and release stress. We believe exercise can make a meaningful difference by helping dogs feel calmer, more balanced, and better able to show their true personalities to potential adopters.
Our goal is to support local shelter and rescue dogs whenever possible by helping give them a healthy outlet for their energy—because every dog deserves the chance to feel good, be seen, and find a loving home.

Inspired by Luna and built from personal experience, we understand that every dog and every owner has different needs. Whether you are short on time, managing a disability, avoiding extreme weather, or looking for a better fitness routine for your best friend, we are proud to offer a supportive place where dogs can run, thrive, and be their best selves.
More Than Exercise
A tired dog is often a happier, calmer dog. Regular, structured exercise can help dogs release built-up energy, improve their physical conditioning, and support better behavior at home. Whether your dog is high-energy, needs a safe cardio routine, is unable to visit dog parks, or simply needs more than a short walk around the block, we are here to help.
Our private setting also offers an alternative to crowded outdoor spaces and dog parks. Your dog can exercise without the stress of unfamiliar dogs, rough play, or unpredictable interactions. We focus on providing a clean, controlled environment so owners can feel confident giving their dogs the attention and movement they need.
What are the Zoomies?
At Ready Set Zoomies Mobile Dog Gym, we turn chaotic “zoomies” into healthy, happy energy. Our climate-controlled trailer with professional Firepaw slatmill lets dogs sprint safely at their own pace, burning off that wild burst of energy without the risks of overheating, joint stress, or running into traffic. It’s 30 minutes of focused exercise that leaves your dog mentally satisfied, physically tired, and ready to be their best-behaved self at home.
