WHAT IF MY DOG DAMAGES THE CRATE?
The High Anxiety carries Impact's Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee — if your dog breaks it, they replace it free (original owner, with proof of purchase; cosmetic wear isn't covered). On the Collapsible and Stationary, dog damage isn't automatic — you can add optional Dog Damage Protection at checkout for two years of coverage. Every crate also carries the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against defects.
HOW DOES THE 30-DAY TRIAL WORK?
Impact offers a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial in the contiguous US. Returns must be in like-new condition with the original packaging, a $50 return shipping/restocking fee applies, and one free exchange per order is included. The 54″ Collapsible is excluded from the trial.
HIGH ANXIETY OR COLLAPSIBLE — WHICH ONE?
The call we made for Luna's own station was the Collapsible with the bar door — it folds flat when the gym needs the floor, and she can see everything from her station. If your dog has a history of escaping or serious anxiety, go High Anxiety: thicker aluminum, smaller vent holes, reinforced latches, and the damage guarantee. For travel and everyday life, the Collapsible folds flat in under a minute and is much lighter — but it isn't built for determined escape artists, and Impact says so themselves.
CAN I FLY WITH THESE CRATES?
The Airline crate is the one built compliant for flying. The High Anxiety is not airline approved — it's made for home, vehicle, and professional use. Some owners have flown the Collapsible on select airlines, but Impact no longer advertises it as airline-approved, so always confirm your airline's requirements first.
