1. Who we are

Ready Set Zoomies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates readysetzoomies.com and readysetzoomies.info — Orlando’s first mobile dog gym, serving Orange and Osceola counties, Florida.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address, and service address when you book, ask a question, or sign up for updates.
  • Your dog’s details: name, breed, age, and any health or behavior notes you share so we can keep your pup safe.
  • Booking and waiver information: appointment details and signed liability waivers collected through our waiver provider.
  • Messages: the contents of your calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and social media messages to us.
  • Automatic data: basic website analytics (pages visited, device type, and which link or QR code brought you here) collected via Google Analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use it to schedule and deliver your dog’s sessions, communicate with you, process payments, improve our services, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

4. When we share it

We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • With our booking and payment providers, to process your booking and payment.

  • If required by law or to protect safety, rights, or property.

We never sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full credit card numbers.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our sites — including which QR codes and links bring the most visitors. You can opt out through your browser settings or Google’s analytics opt-out tools.

7. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.
